Available in sizes up to ¼”-14 and lengths up to 4”.

Material options include stainless steel or low carbon steel with a zinc plating.

Socket Head Cap Screws

Brighton Best socket cap screws have a cylindrical head and internal wrenching features, making them ideal for low clearance applications with limited space for installation tools. Thread Cutting Screws

Brighton Best thread cutting screws are a type of self-tapping screw designed to create threads in pre-drilled metal or plastic holes. Thread Forming Screws

Brighton Best thread forming screws are also a type of self-tapping screw with a tri-lobular shape to form a zero-clearance mating thread in an unthreaded pilot hole. These screws maintain superior vibration resistance compared to thread cutting screws, making them ideal for stressful environments. Select from several sizes and lengths in low carbon, zinc-coated material.

Selecting the Best BBI Screw Fasteners for Your Application

While most screws feature a head and threaded shaft, each style has a different use. Brighton Best provides screws for a multitude of industry applications, including aerospace, automotive, commercial & industrial, power generation, and more. Before selecting a screw, it is important to determine the requirements for your specific application. Common considerations include:
  • Head type (determines which tools can be used to fasten the screw)
  • Material and coating requirements (provides corrosion resistance, temperature resistance, etc.)
  • Size and length (dependent on the thickness of the material you’re working with)
  • Thread style (different thread styles provide different level of torque and hold strength)
